Who can borrow Tapes?
Video and audio tapes are available for trained Precept leaders in the Rocky Mountain region.
Obtaining the Tapes

Tapes are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

Borrower may request and reserve videos in advance of their class. We recommend you inquire at least four weeks in advance of you first class session.

Borrower agrees to submit the location, start and end dates of the class, as well as shipping information to the Tape Librarian.

Borrower agrees to submit personal class information at www.precept.org. If you are not on line tell the Librarian, she will be happy to enter the information for you.

After receiving notice that the requested videos are available, the borrower will collect a love offering to cover shipping, handling, supplies, maintenance, replacement, and administrative costs of the library. Forward the suggested minimum donation of $20.00 to

Borrower agrees not to loan the tapes while in their possession. This includes individual use for those who may have missed a class and wish to view the tape.
Returning the Tapes

Borrower agrees to return all tapes to the Tape Librarian at the above address within two weeks after the final class- unless otherwise directed by the Tape Librarian.

Borrower agrees to use U.S. Mail Return Receipt Requested or a tracking carrier such as Federal Express or UPS to return the tapes to the Tape Librarian. We strongly suggest that you insure the package. (We do)

Borrower agrees to accept full responsibility for any lost or damaged tapes while in their possession.

Borrower agrees to a $5.00 replacement fee for each audio cassette not returned and $20.00 replacement fee for each video not returned.
