Who can borrow from our Library?

Videos, DVDs and audio CDs are available for trained Precept leaders in the Rocky Mountain region.

DVDs

DVDs are far more susceptible to damage than videos. We do not view them when they are returned to us. If you borrow DVD.s we would ask that you handle them with care. And that you report any problems so the librarian can order replacements.

Obtaining the Resources

1 These resources are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

2 Borrower may request and reserve them in advance of their class. We recommend you inquire at least four weeks in advance of you first class session.

3 Borrower agrees to submit the location, start and end dates of the class, as well as shipping information to the Lending Librarian. Simply fill out the online form and submit it. The Librarian will contact you as to availability

4 Borrower agrees to submit personal class information at www.precept.org.

6 Borrower agrees not to loan the materials while in their possession. This includes individual use for those who may have missed a class and wish to view the lecture.

Returning the Resources

1 Borrower agrees to return all materials to the Librarian at the above address within two weeks after the final class- unless otherwise directed by the Librarian.

2 Borrower agrees to use U.S. Mail Return Receipt Requested or a tracking carrier such as Federal Express or UPS to return the tapes to the Librarian. We strongly suggest that you insure the package. (We do)

3 Borrower agrees to accept full responsibility for any lost or damaged materials while in their possession.

I accept full responsibility for any lost or damaged tapes while in my possession. Please include $5.00 replacement fee for each audio cassette and $20.00 replacement fee for each video cassette.
